It was to save me explaining why they need to be sold for more than they appear to have cost.

The tickets have a face value of £65 each and the average price now is £150 each, the most expensive ones I've seen are £500!

I don't have one Jamie but I overcame the problem by downloading Windows Vista Home Premium from the internet and applying the licence number from the back of the machine.

HP usb format tool should help you. I had the same problem, and SD Formatter didn't work at all...
