Inbox, Outbox, Sent Messages

Postby Rusty Wishbone » Tue 23.04.2013, 20:40

On the Private Messages tab of the User Control Panel, there is an inbox, an outbox, and a sent messages. What is the difference between the outbox and sent messages?

Messages you send sit in the Outbox until the recipient reads them (for the first time) at which point they move to the Sent items

Be aware that the body of the message you sent gets e-mailed to the recipient....
...so it can sit in your outbox for ages even though they have read what you sent them.

I'm having trouble with PMs stuck in my outbox too. Seems to be a strange system if this is the case. Come on Gaza, read my message!
