problems logging in on new device, help please!

Postby Jeffbro » Sat 18.10.2014, 20:45

Hi, I'm hoping a moderator might be able to help me. I'm trying to log in my with a new ipad but I've lost my password. I did a password reset (still logged in on pc) but it seems my ancient fsmail email address has been mothballed by EE! I cant change any of my LEC settings unless I have a password so i'm stuck. I need someone to either send me a new password to my current email or change my old email registered with LEC to my new one. Please help as I've been a member since 2003 and don't want to lose all my history by re-registering. Thanks Jeff

...unfortunately, it's above the permissions of a mere Mod - but I have forwarded it to someone who has the power
