Photobucket

Postby TrevorB » Fri 17.02.2017, 17:33

I've found Photobucket to be very slow and painful to use for the uploading of photos to LEC.

Does anyone else use any other photo loading media :?:

Photobucket is a disaster nowadays, folk have deserted it in their droves because of the Ads and holding you on the page.

Imgur http://imgur.com/ is pretty good, very fast upload and doesn't freeze your computer like Photobucket, highly recommended .

I just upload photos direct from my hard drive

Super fast, no adverts or anyone trying to sell me something I don't want

How do you do that Mark?, I can only see an image upload option that requires a URL :? .

below the text panel is a tab "Upload attachment", then you get "Choose file". Pictures can only be 1024 pixels wide so I have to make smaller low res versions for posting.
