as this but in Carbon Fibre Wrap
(it is genuine carbon fibre.......but would have cost even more to get the weave to match all over)

Would love to, but I suspect it's going to be way out of my price bracket. And I need to ring-fence some for essentials like gear cables and upgraded brakes.

It should sound like a "I'd quite like a hard top, but don't care whether its carbon fibre or fibreglass, so am willing to pay the kind of price a normal roof would go for" kind of price.

Isn't that a bit like saying to someone selling an Aston Martin that you'll give them the price of a Ford Fiesta 'cos both will get you to Tescos????

I appreciate that in our economy, anything is only worth what someone will pay for it - it all depends how desperately the seller wants to get rid of it, and that is something which only Gareth knows.

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually.....
