With plenty of notice for the start of the 2018 elan season . Castle Combe . Lets make this the biggy . Kick start our year of using our cars . Camping or B&B , Curry and cars . Sit around in a field under a nice LEC gazebo chatting about all thing ... well all things really . Pop the bonnet and show us your bits ... and above all put a LEC username to a face . A chance to have a proper hello rather than behind the keyboard .
Last year 28 Elans where in attendance .( Not all via LEC )but a good showing was noticed ... 2 rows of M100's . Pretty impressive , Fairly good British weather as well !!
WHY BOTHER ?
LEC Regional and National convoys to meet up and drive down to the event .. if thats not the best thing then i don't know what is ...
I can tell you there is nothing better than a stack of elans , top down , down the motorway then exit left for some nice twisty roads ... it really is a road ride of beauty that will keep you smiling from ear to ear all the way .

but we found a nice B&B last time 
) there is a big field with great views of the town, clean showers and bogs etc.... If there was enough interest I'm sure we could get a corner, or the whole overspill field reserved for us. I spoke to the person that ran the site last year and already primed her for an influx of LEC'rs and they don't mind large, we behaved "mature" groups of people. There are electrical hook ups too for those coming in their Winnebago's, Hymer's, caravans etc.... It gets an 8/10 rating and well deserved at that
