So there's still a lot to be done before we can release all the details but all being well I'll be making the new website live tomorrow and tickets will be available from then. Not guarantees but that's on the cards.

I won't! - I'll be somewhere between here and Cornwall in the other traffic on the M5 and A30 :(

(but I will look later)

Not a lot of information on there at the moment is there?

There are no details of what is going on, how much entry is for those who can't get in either because this is full or they won't be in a Lotus.
There is a dead link to a timetable too.

I have booked my free ticket though, valid for 2 people in 1 Lotus. I suggest we all do this as quickly as possible to make sure we get one.

As for the list above: what is it for? We don't even know what is going on.

I have received an email from Bibs re ordering tickets for the club. Last year I organised tickets for Brands Hatch.
It requires a response so to ensure we get our allocation and a club spot I can respond and order the tickets.

Think it best I go ahead and get them, then we can sort out the logistics afterwards

We have an allocation of 20 cars i.e. 40 tickets, 2 per car.

Trevor,
Yup, I agree that you should just get them. I’ve already ordered mine independently off the Lotus70 website (but haven’t had any email acknowledgement), as has BigErch, but there shouldn’t be any problem using up the LEC ticket allocation.

On behalf of Group Lotus, we'd like to invite you and your members to the Lotus 70th Anniversary Party to be held at the
Lotus Factory on Saturday the 29th September 2018.

Clubs are welcome to display a selection of members cars (20) and will be provided with a number of free tickets (40) per club.

You will be provided with a marquee at the event and are welcome to bring your own club signage.

With 7,000 Lotus owners and enthusiasts due on the day this is an excellent chance to have a great event for your members and
showcase your club to a great audience.

You will be able to set up on site from 2pm on Friday 28th September, however the site must be vacated by 8pm. Clubs will be
able to access their stands from 8am on the day, the event will be open from 10am to 4pm.

Please let me know by return if you can attend with a postal address for tickets and if you have any questions that can be answered.

Kind regards

Bibs
