Saturday evening Curry Club

Now, I don't expect anything like last years' attendance for the event weekend/day, so would expect a slightly more 'intimate gathering' for the Annual LEC Curry Club get together.

In order to help the restaurant out, it will help to have an idea of numbers.

If it is a 'small' number, I would expect us to have the choice from the full menu, but a large group (like last year) will need special negotiation with the management, so, in normal fashion, lets start a list

Adding a name at this stage doesn't mean that you will HAVE to attend, but I would prefer it to actually be representative of actual expected attendees, please, to assist the organisation.

Nah, totally wrong. Although at least one of those on the list was at the curry and in the minibus thereafter with Mustapha and possibly an accomplice to the crime

I suggest a VIRTUAL Saturday night curry club.

I’ll order a curry from the Spice Merchant (yes, they’re still operating for takeaways only) and then I’ll bring it back home, switch on the videoconferencing, and you can all watch me eat it.

I will be a lot richer this year. Not only will I not have to keep up pint for pint with the mad Belgians but I also won't have to help subsidise Peter's (Geof's lad) drinking habits

@J - if you eat a mouthfull of lime pickle, followed by a chicken vindaloo washed down by 3 bottles of Singha beer I'd even pay to watch
