Sunday morning breakfast

Postby dapinky » Wed 05.02.2020, 15:48

Now, I don't expect anything like last years' attendance for the event weekend, so would expect a slightly more 'intimate gathering' for the Sunday Breakfast get together.

Indeed, there is no guarantee that the hotel will even be willing to host us, but as Jonathan is prepared to speak to them on our behalf, I feel it is reasonable to have an idea of numbers who would be willing to attend.

There will be no 'guests of honour' (unless anyone suitable to be called such wishes to attend!), but last year it was a nice end to the weekend before travelling home, and made life easy for those of us camping as we could pack up without worrying about having to eat breakfast during the procedure.

So, in normal fashion, lets start a list :D

Adding a name at this stage doesn't mean that you will HAVE to attend, but I would prefer it to actually be representative of actual expected attendees, please, to assist the organisation.

1. Pinky
2. Clemo
3.
Dave

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it

...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

I’m sure they’ll be happy to have us, but I’ll make a tentative booking once we have a better idea of numbers. And I’ve added myself to the list (even though I’m not a Dave )

2. Clemo Dave
3. Spud Dave
