It was GREAT to see you all on Saturday and Merlot thoroughly enjoyed the drive out.

And following on from Clemo's inspection of PP9, he found a piece of paper in the boot which was, lets say... water damaged. However, using some more water, I have managed to unwrap the folds and the legible parts of the memo provides some information regarding the Federal Weights and associated emissions. I would have uploaded a photo directly to the forum but I think some quality would have been lost so the photo of the memo can be seen here.
Apologies for the overexposed shot but it was taken with a camera phone and not a flatbed scanner.
Does anyone know who Rachel Jelly is? I also see Oliver Winterbottom is mentioned re his memo of the "7 September".

John - Rachel Jelly was a former Lotus employee working in engine management, legislation and certification standards at Hethel.
I found reference to her in a letter sent to her manager, John Bloomfield https://www.nhtsa.gov/interpretations/nht94-544 regarding work on CAFE (Corporate Average Fuel Economy) standards
