PMs stuck in Outbox. Remedy?

Hi
I have 3 messages stuck in outbox and I've barely used 3% of my allowance. I have sent several PMs previously without issue.
Did I do something wrong? Or miss a step?
Any help welcomed.

I think you will find they stay in the outbox until opened be the recipient.
