Calypso Red SE registration B8 LOT, turning out of the Cotswold Water Park onto the Spine Road near Cirencester at 19:15 this evening. Looked good; wish I had been in mine, but I was on my way home in the workaday BMW.

A nice yellow SE in Seditas in Prestwick. I called in to enquire if it was local and was told it came from 30 secs away. I remarked that I was surprised, as I had an Elan and thought I'd met most Scottish owners. Mr Seditas said that they looked after 2 N/As and 3 or 4 turbos in the area, none of the owners being people who used t'internet.

Well I never. M100 DMM, any comments?

I saw the NMY Elan outside Seditas a while back. I used to take my Elans (the ones I owned post-2008) there, so that could account for one of the NAs and two of the turbos.

The only other Elan I've seen in Ayrshire in the last few years is a PB SE that lives in Kilwinning. The owner, who's also got a 911, has a double garage but leaves the Elan outside in all weathers without as much as a car cover.

Black Kia Roadster/Viagato/Elan spotted by a chum in a Whitstable this morning. LHD (as they all were), with a Northern Ireland registration mark (probably used as a private plate) and aftermarket rear fog light mounted to the right of the centre line.

Blue M100 going South on M25 near junction with M26 possibly returning from Brands Hatch approx 1530 today. I was going North after the day at Mercedes Benz World for the TLF meeting, so only a very brief view.

Green M100 H547 travelling north on the A350 (on the way to Castle Combe?) going through Shaftesbury at exactly 9am. I hope they avoided the huge potholes on the windy hill through the woods just outside of Shaftesbury. Probably not an LEC member as the top was up.
Nobody on this forum would be driving with the top up on a sunny day. Would they?

Red G------ on the A46 near Stratford-Upon-Avon = very shiny! Anyone here? I was actually for once in the Elan (Pacific Blue SE) and waved. It was the first Elan-on-Elan sighting for many, many years!
