OK next Saturday looks better for most.
Getting the engine out is going to be tricky and so as many useful hands and knowledge as poss appreciated!
Spare room and sofa bed available if you need to stay over.
Thanks!

Sorry Stef, got to work Sat morning, PM any good or perhaps Sunday? By the way, is Blippi's heater control a 4 or 6 position (top/distribution knob)? as the pipework is plumbed differently and I can do that while my unit is out of the car.

It's the top control Stef, the one that changes direction from feet to screen etc. Any news on dismantling, Sat and/or Sun next week?

If there are no other able hands this Saturday would Sunday be easier?
Otherwise will have to look at another time.
Thanks

10am is fine.
I think that engine removal is a little optimistic for this weekend.
Tracing your speaker wires may well take a while.

Lets see if we can get her jacked up and sussed at least. Wheels and under-gubbins can start to be removed and perhaps some of the engine ancillaries detached for later.
Thanks and see you soon!

There is a lot to be removed before the engine is free to hoist.

Thanks to Lotusnut, Cliff and Rip who came over today.
We achieved a fair bit I think! And hopefully all learnt new things about our cars.
I'll post up when I'm around again.
DeeAitch - Will have to check with those who know on these, so far not been claimed though! Will keep you informed.

Hi Stef,
I've sent you a pm, is the headlight lift module available?
If it's still on the car you'll find it behind and to the left of the expansion tank, I think there are only 2 screws holding it in place on the bulkhead.

Cheers Jon.
