Probably concentrating hard so as not to get sucked into the wicked delights of Leigh Delamere services

Well since we were travelling at a fair crack it wasn't the Temperature Gauge which had him mesmerised which is my usual concern on our overcrowded motorways, it must have been some intense music, given his age Id say Leonard Cohen!

Ah . . . Leonard Cohen! Few things more depression-inducing, except perhaps an intermittent electrical fault on an M100 Elan

Shopping obviously on the front seat as well as in the boot. Can't blame her for the added security measures!

I pulled out behind an MGF with his hood up, could it be from the angle you were looking you saw his roof through my open top?

Red Elan with yellow headlamps heading north on E15/A26 25 miles south of Calais. I was heading south in mine. Presume it was a French car because of yellow lights.

A very nice example too. So there were at least as many Loti in the car park as actually in the Heritage Motor Museum!

I had a good nose at the car and later spoke briefly to the owner, he looked at my number and I asked what his was.... Unfortunately I have a memory like a sieve. Sorry! It was a low one, double figures i believe.
