My turn - a BRG Elan in Portsmouth early afternoon today. I couldn't help but wave - despite being in the family battlecruiser.

Just spotted this a month later!
It was mine Simon. The GB sticker was for a trip to France taking in the Circuit des Remparts in Angouleme for the weekend meeting. Friday concourse d'elegance, Saturday tulip rally, Sunday racing around the closed-road walled town. The car did just over 1000 miles and was reliable and fun.
You're welcome to drop in for a cuppa and some Elan chat when you're in the area.
Cheers,
Ron

Managed to resize some photos, not too taken with the Wheels!
I knew he was a Brit without checking the plate because he's managed to park within the parameters of the Bay something the Locals struggle with!

Considering he's in sunny Cyprus his front and rear discs look very rusty

Unless you can buy orange discs over there to give it the full UK effect ?
Or perhaps he drove it over in 2013 before his MOT expired and this is his first outing since then

Incidentally, have a look at the MOT history for 2007
The car failed in March 2017 with 115,850 miles and then passed the test in November of that year with 115,327 on the clock

PS his rear deck rubbers look shot Jamie

Look's more like the owner has been shot and the car abandoned since!.
If that is its original plate then it was a Scottish car, SA... Area suffix for Aberdeenshire.

.. and don't the rear discs look daft in those wheels, not that they can do much from all that rust on them; at least some rust has worn off the front discs, but not a lot ..
