Spotted my car spotted by someone on Twitter two years ago!

IMG_1396.JPG

It came up in a Google image search. I almost want to sign up to Twitter just to say "hey, that's mine!" Or to day to his friend "Oi, it's not the most manly colour but it's not an MX5!"

That would be a nice way to take the M100 on holiday, say, to the south of France. Cheap comfortable accommodation and able to drive top-down around wide empty roads in the Elan once you get there. Much better than the G-Whiz you normally see trailing campers.

Red SE B8LOT being gettled at my local friendly motor engineer, Performance Engines, this morning at 09:00. I noted the new wheel bearing lying on the passenger seat.

Isn’t that yours, ultimatt?

Norfolk Mustard coming over the bridge at the bottom of the hill at Burford as I waited at the lights. I was waving my arm out the window like a wally, the driver ignored me but his wife waved!!

Red Elan on Bramshill Road near Eversley in Hampshire at 1.50pm today. I was on my bike so only had enough time to point at the car and give a thumbs up to the beardy driver :D
