Hey Specky, probably you know this link: http://www.lotusdriversguide.com/Modelcars/elanM100.php

There you can see an Action Man Lotus Elan.

I made a conversion of it to make it more accurate (of course it still is a kind of cartoon-style Elan). I will show pics, as soon as I have refound them.

I also made a conversion of the small Ertl James Bond Jr. Elan.

Pics will follow soon.

There are two yellow varients,

S2 against SE

Postby Specky » Thu 19.08.2010, 10:04

Here are a couple of Medina's, SE against a S2

The Differences:-

Wheels, which also give a slightly different ride hight.

The number plates, front and rear

The Transom attaching parts are more detailed on the S2

In a straight race the S2 is slower...

"Medina Green S2 in the round decal Lotus box" the last ones I saw go on ebay were £20-25

"Yellow in the stripey Lotus box" quite rare, the last one I saw go on ebay was nearly £30

"Red in the stripey Lotus box" very rare, the last one I saw go on ebay was nearly £50

s**t I think I've got to ban myself for talking prices...

Yellow for 30 pounds? Last one I followed went to 12 pounds! I only missed it because I went out to dinner and it had slipped my mind. I still curse that meal...

Shell Yellow box or Lotus stripped box?

Was that the one for sale stateside?

I bet you wish you had bought it... :D

As With any product it's only worth what someone is willing to pay,

At the moment there seems quite a bit of intrest in the rarer models,

I'll try and find some links...
