North American Lotus Elan M100 Registry

Postby donsladek » Sun 18.02.2007, 00:59

Folks,

I would like to invite all North American Lotus Elan M100 owners and enthusiasts to help me to create a registry of our pride and joy. There were around 550 Federal Elans imported to the US in 1991 and 1992. I'm compiling the following information initially, and I expect this to evolve as time goes on:

Last 5 digits of VIN (Required):
Address (Optional):
City (Required):
State/ Province (Required):
Zipcode/ Postal Code (Required):
Country (Required):
First name (Optional):
Last name (Optional):
e-mail address or LotusElanCentral.com screen name (Required):
Last Reported Mileage (Optional):
Exterior Color (Required):
Interior Color (Required):
Hood (Top) Color (Required):
Upgrades (Optional):
Previous owners, history, additional comments, etc. (Optional):

e-mail to: nor.am.m100.registry@gmail.com
or PM on LEC to donsladek

I'll provide copies of the Registry to LEC members by PM request or to those who provide information about a vehicle.

Feel free to provide suggestions, comments etc, as I'm a newbie at this.

Thanks!

Don Sladek

Don,
Maybe you could put together something similar to this TVR listing.

Don,

Check out an update on the S2 database thread.

I suggest you ask Mr. V to make this thread "sticky" so that it stays at the top of the pile like the S2 database thread.

Best of luck to you.

Update

Postby tigerdog » Thu 07.06.2007, 06:54

3 7005 was sold a few months back. I called the folks at Specialty Sales. They indicated the car had sold (at considerably less than the inflated asking price) No details on the new owner.

Just a random thought but what about creating a world wide registry similar to the lamgorghini registry. It is not far off from what you are trying to put togeather here.

http://www.lamborghiniregistry.com/

if you forget all fo the front stuff and just go to the cars page and select a make you come to what I think would be a dool idea. BTW I'll get my info tonight after I get back in from work.

Over on the S2 register thread, we're aiming towards something similar to the TVR register. There is no reason why this couldn't be extended/copied for the US database.
