GGLC Run and BBQ / Saturday, May 17

Postby JLSELAN » Fri 09.05.2008, 22:33

Everything is set for a Saturday, May 17 AM fun run from Santana Row in San Jose to Danville (including a winery stop in Livermore :D) and a lunch BBQ at Mel and Darlene's place. The Golden Gate Lotus Club is sponsoring this run, but you can donate appetizer, dessert, or wine for the BBQ.
I'll be leading the run, and we should be rolling out of Santa Row by 10:45 AM.
Please let me know if you plan to join us and how many.

Cheers, Joel

Don't worry--my Cal Duster is always available for a quick "spruce up" if you need it. After all, we don't want a smudged M100 to spoil the show :D.
So I can count on you for 2 on Saturday, Ekapol? There should be at least one other M100 there (the "twin" of Mel's car).
Anyone else?

Sorry you could not make it.
It was a warm day, and we were a small group (but with good marque representation!)
Here are some pics from the winery stop.

I see a different marque in the mix. Your Noble still looks VERY nice Joel :-)

Yes, things worked out pretty well.
The other Noble was bought by a "local" about 6 months ago, but he has been waiting for some good weather to drive it more. Nice color.
Did you notice that I decided to go "wingless" for a while, at least? -- it gives the Noble a bit of a different look.

Here's another interesting pic--this one taken on the road by a passenger in an Elise looking back at Justin's M100. Makes for an interesting color/image study.
