Once you go British...

Postby HJ2 » Sun 14.01.2018, 22:32

Oh no! What have I done now?
I just exchanged my perfect BMW 5 touring E61 for a jag! It must have been the masochist inside of me

To make it even worse: A Diesel! (but almost as quick as my Elan)
The Elan punished me immediately by showing me a CEL and a dead interior fan.. after 10 minutes it popped to live, must have been a sticky relay.

The joys of British motoring! :-D

I tried... but did not get away with cheating  I assume you really must be British yourself to exploit all the benefits of a Jag.

I do like the 600nm of torque!

We make cars and things with character.

That isn't something that you can engineer in no matter how hard you try no... It just is!. You either get it or you don't.

Personally I didn't know BMW made a series 5 E61.

You have made the right decision
