This Monday (30th August) is our annual village fete, which has about 100 classic cars in attendance including this year my Elan. I was surprised when i first went - pre war lagondas, 60's ferraris, aston V8 etc and no cars repeated so you avoid the endless line of MGB's you would normally attract.
The event is in Old Dalby, Melton Mowbray and it is free admission. There is normally about 3,000 visitors each year, attracted by various displays, stalls and the local brewery. It is a good day out, free to get in and if you are short of something to do on Monday then come along
