Festival of Speed

Postby TrevorB » Wed 30.06.2021, 19:52

I shall be driving down to the Festival of Speed on Thursday next week and have parking ticket in the supercar West car park. Taking a friend with me as another friend has a stand there. He owns XCS factory which builds replica Cobra's

Looking forward to seeing the new EMIRA and also hoping the Evija will be there.

Anyone else going?

I wish I was Trevor but with an 850 mile round trip to CC and a planned 750 mile round trip to Silverstone in a couple of weeks I'm pushing it

But my (James Bond) Evora would look good down there. It might even get more admiring glances than your silk red garage queen

PS Only joking. You know me :poke:

Did you see how much the Diescort went for. Just think how much the Disilk Red Lotus would be worth… even without a full toolkit. Talking of which, has anyone seen Beryl?

The paint is probably a bit thin though so that might effect the value

Ooh, Geoffrey....... you remember me (and nearly got my name right, dear ;).....

As for that hunky Scotsman, he doesn't realize that I am always watching and remember everything.
