Roadworks on the M1

There are some roadworks on the M1 best to check it out if you're coming that way ;-)
Could the 'Hokey-Cokey' actually be what it's all about?

According to the BBC travel site J20-21 all 3 lanes open but 40mph strictly enforced (speed averaging surveillance)

They mentioned these roadworks again on R2 this morning.

The cameras are very obvious (we have a lot of them around Nottingham), but DO NOT exceed the speed limit until the roadworks end. As mentioned before, they are average speed cameras and fiendishly clever, so if you speed up after you've passed the first, and then slow down for the second, you'll STILL get nabbed!

Well if you need to be wearing those to see the cameras then I assume you must be a BRG driver! :P
