All for Charity at Cadwell!

A very nice gentleman approached me at Donington, not including all you fine LEC fellers :wink: , he asked if I could help promote a Guinness Book of Records Lotus parade attempt held at Cadwell Circuit.

In brief:

Charity: Children in Need
Location: Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire
Organised by: Club Lotus
DATE: 2 July 2006
Aim: To get over 500 Lotus' driving nose to tail for a new GBoR Record.
Contribution: Minimum of £10 Prize to the greatest sum raised.


In addition to this a special half price entry of £5 has been arranged with MotorsportVision where you can wtch some racing.

Now, I took part in the last Lotus parade a couple of years ago at Bruntingthorpe. It's a good way to meet fellow Lotus owners and a great excuse for another knees up! :-D

Sadly, that date is my best mates birthday. :? She doesn't take too kindly to me constantly prioritising motors over her. And she won't convert either. So unless I am lucky I'll probably be in Bournmouth that weekend missing out. - Violins please...

Yea, good question, why not Stefy ?
JPS M100 was built from bare chassis up to create one off M100 in the mould of JPS Team Lotus

She won't be converted to the way of the motorcar, so don't think that showing off your shiney engine bits will impress her! :lol: Besides, she lives 3 hours away.

And if she was and I was bringing her to Cadwell would the event get your support?
