OK, here’s the deal.
We can have our Xmas lunch at the Hen and Chicken.
Hen&Chicken
Upper Froyle

I’ve asked them to pencil in lunchtime (12:30 p.m. start) on SUNDAY 18th December
(NOT Sat 17th as previously announced)
Final numbers and deposit have to be placed by end November.
Cost is GBP19.95 per person. Spouses and Sweethearts are welcome.

would love to come however according to multimap the 201.4miles in each direction aswell as the possible 4 hours each way too makes it somewhat impractical.......
I hope you all have a smashing meal......mmmmm....food!!!!!
and it seems a decent price too!!!!

We have works xmas party in kent on friday night staying over to saturday in hotel. I think will try and get down to see you all after the lunch if that's ok.

Suday 18 Dec would work well for me and although I need to check a Sunday would probably improve the chances of me getting both cars there. Depending on the majority vote though I couldlso do Saturday 10 Dec.
