its only 100yds from the beach....theres a campsite over the road......pubs n restaurants just round the corner.......
Id just need to check the dates and see whats happening......I think its the bank holiday and the oulton park gold cup the weekend after

Quite right to point that out, the triangle is a favourate place for them to hang out and you don't see them till its to late.
One thing the North Wales plod have clamped down on is illegal plates,so be warned.....wrong spacing, smaller size plates and no manufactoring logo at the bottom of the plate may cost you 3 point and a fine.

yep its me and Kim 99% as her boss is suddenly being an ass about all her holidays which she booked months ago

Got my Peco fitted now! i went for a really good run and no sign of boost creep... also did the timing, it was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out, was off the scale to the right of 0degrees.
going to check it again tomorrow, the car seems so much faster i even got spin in second gear at around 30ish when the boost kicked in!

Bet it took you a while to stop grinning afterwards.
Overboost is more likely when the chargecooler is being bombarded with icy cold air so don't be surprised if it starts happening around November.

I know it was always a danger, but the possibility of Kim 'borrowing' your keys has now increased enormously.

fantastic road that evo one. but there are better ones close by between

Bethesda > llanberis > pen y pass > betws y coed.

But be warned bring your snoopers. roads are ripe for random mobile speed cameras

did have it sorted till a big mate of mine came for a ride see the exhaust section shaun
its going to go back to the garage for a look at the damage as it could be engine mount or suspension/steering

Shaun - I don't even remember mentioning the sunvisors to you ...but I don't doubt I have. I've simply never had any or ever felt I was missing them.

Nick - good idea about the brewery. I don't want to be driving all day but a mix of driving & visiting places sounds good.

well conwy is a must for a strole round, ill do a search for brewerys (near to a campsite)
Cnaeferon sp?!!! is also a nice place there is a good pub for food called the black boy inn within the walls.
Where you place is Elanman i seem to remeber it being a really nice area with some good roads (although lots of roadworks)

Good news is my car is back on the road all is well!!! I havnt escaped the boost creep, driving back from rehearsal the air temp must have dropped! luckly its late and i was on the motorway. I put the clutch in for about 5 seconds (was my imediate reaction) and the managment light went of after a few seconds. so not to drastic.

Would the evo triangle take just one day to complete or would you like to spread it out a bit at a time? Right ill get researching. Pease keep chipping in ideas as i want it to be a weekend for everyone.

its about 1hr~45mins from Caenarfon......

I just need to be careful as its the Oulton Park Gold Cup weekend the weekend after so dont want to 'over do it'
