If we are not one of the 150 surely we can park in their public parking area as I would just be a member of the public?

this was asked on TLF.......
bibs asked (as he had been asked and promised) that people park in the brooklands museum car park rather than the MBW car park......

I did pm novacaine (Jon) and lansledj (David) about starting a convoy around M25 and was planning starting a list nearer date
for meeting points and times, so still have that in mind.

Trevor

Trevor any luck with planning the convoy?

Gazza the two car parks are very close to each other only a short walk the,.... brooklands carpark is small.. MBW carpark is huge mostly sort of gravel...

Brooklands is better than MBW to be honest :D

First of all thank you Trevor for doing all the timings Sorry if it seems like i am getting impatient but i went to donny last year for the first time and was a bit disappionted (but the curry night was great) so i have been looking forward to this for some time now, i hope to be at the new Cobham services by 8.15 to grab one of greegs finest bacon rolls and a coffee, looking at your timing i think you will be going pass the services by about 8.55 i will be on the exit road waiting for the convoy to go pass and then join the back, I will PM you my phone number later.

If we are heading for M25 J10 from the other direction, we could meet there?

if you go past j10 A3 turn off on the M25 after about 1 mile there is a turn off to the cobham services which comes out on the clockwise side of the M25 lots of parking spaces and the convoy will be passing at about 8.55 if its any help.

Due to ferry times we should get to the M25/A3 junction about 9-45 so will miss the convoy :( so will go directly to MBW.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could save us a parking spot with the group if at all possible,we are on the "list". I belive the organisers were going to group cars by model but it would be nice to be with the LEC contingent :D
See you Sunday
