Trevor, what time do you think you would be passing Cobham services?
I'll be coming up the A22 or maybe the M23 and turning left not the M25, we could meet in the Cobham services car park and then travel the last few miles together if you like.

Tim, I'm aiming to be at jct 10 of M25 at 0905 which is just after the Cobham Services. If you sit in the exit lane of the services and wait for us to go by
and tag on the back. I'm hoping that David (rice crispy) and Paul (paul69) may have tagged me by then and be in convoy. If not see you at MBW.

Lovely day out, car ran well and weather well organised. Good to meet up with few friends on and off LEC. Trevor glad your arm is recovering well.

Jim nice to meet you ahead of Tuesday....see Ypres posting re Wednesday.

Best bits apart from all the assembled Lotus? The skeletal Wellington bomber in the museum: great insight into the detailed construction of an aircraft, the old 1950's MB 300SL bare chassis showing 3 coil springs on the rear suspension and an immaculate 1958 Borgward Isabella convertible RHD in white over yellow. The owner of this very rare car has it insured for £100,000 agreed value!!!!!

Good day today. It was a bit 'ing going slowly along M25 hoping that I would be caught up to form a convoy. Overtaken by
horse boxes and lorries and waving to other Lotus's as they sped by on there way to MBW :) Made up for it on the drive home though
:burnout: :D :D

Did meet up with Tim (mitreklov) though and parked up together alongside a beautiful Esprit

Thanks John hope Ypres trip goes well.
