Thanks for inspiring me with all your mod's and style; I've never seen so many Elans. I guess it's because it rains so much down here! Seen more Ferraris than Elans on the road this summer!

ok my contribution to the Stoneleigh photo gallery - much the same as the others but a few of the German car

Oh and did some video of the convoy as well with the bullet cam. Next convoy though to get some good footage i need to plan it a bit better. If i had known that there was going to be so much duel carriageway i could have got some good overtaking shots etc. There are a few of us now with these bullet cams, between us we should be able to put quite a good vid together. Something to consider for Donny perhaps.

Oh, that was Albert's from Germany. I quite liked the way he'd done his front foglamps too.

And I'm sure pretty soon that someone will post pics of the CNC manufactured spark-plug covers that he was selling. Only £15 each, and a real quality job.

Monty bought one I think.

don't you see this sort of thing on jumbo jet wing tips to break up the vortices that disturb the flight pattern of following aircraft??

Don't think i've seen them on any other car.

I don't know what their primary role was in the aviation world but apparently they have an amazing effect ~10% on fuel economy too.
I am not implying that they'd have any effect on fuel economy for the Elan though.
