Kimbers,
I'll certainly come and say hello (we spoke briefly at the parts sale in Bristol earlier this year) and look forward to seeing the Esprits (almost my favourite Lotus

). Not sure what Sy's plans are, I think he still has engine issues but he had previously posted that he would be there with a camera.
For all who are planning to attend in a Lotus but haven't booked track time there are usually parade laps behind a pace car (not fast but not too slow either) during the lunch break period. For the last 2 years any Lotus has been able to join this regardless of whether you've booked track places or not (helmets not required for the parade laps). Last year both Geoff and Chris were able to get a few laps and I would hope the same will be possible this year.

Thanks to Nige's tip off, I got one of the last tickets last year and well worth it.

Mr K!
Hi mate, shame your dad's not going to be able to make it.
If all goes well with the continued engine installation I'll be there. But, I don't like attending these gatherings sans Lotus so...
Let's just say I hope to be there.
Sy

My brother cannot now make it to Castle Combe so if any LEC'ers attending fancy a passenger ride I'm offering. If you do then you'll need a helmet (bring one if you have one or borrow one from those provided at the circuit) and sign a disclaimer (for Club Lotus, not me).

Nige - hope to make it down. I will bring me bullet cam and perhaps we could set up a for and aft shot round the track
Could the 'Hokey-Cokey' actually be what it's all about?

I did say constructive
Mind you a yellow stripe still has some appeal

even if it's been done already.

Car's running...MOT Friday = Not completely out of the equation.
What's the betting it fails (just to get another kick in the bollocks) on something trivial like th rear foglight not being absolutely legal etc...
