I have previous in Hereford but I think they've forgotten by now
. Aging is a good disguise, a trip down memory lane might be in order.
Seriously I stayed in a perfectly good B&B about 3 miles from the showground for the parts fair and had a good meal in a pub a short drive away. The 2 Geoffs recced both a RV and a convoy route into the showground. We have the barebones we just need to do the detail. Local knowledge and assistance are always welcome and I'll be in touch once I get this weekend out the way.

Well, my brother is 2 doors down from the Tarry (Ledbury direction!) and I believe he spends more time in there than in the house!

...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

ok a nice b&b with a big car park....near a curry house n pub would be good....
in fact a nice pub that sells curry and has rooms to let for the night and a nice big secure car park sounds absolutely spot on

There is a good cross country Elan route from M6 Jct 15 down through Eccleshall, Bridgnorth,Kidderminster etc.

Yup - about twice the price this year Chris
From memory the advance ticket cost £7 for 2 days (!!) last year but I suppose that was a bargain? Perhaps the hire of the 3CS has something to do with it ?
