Jim - well actually all attendees. I suggested having the wednesday meet at the Royal Oak. They want deposits of £5/head and he said we could give it to him as late as that wednesday

Otherwise i'll just send him a cheque for £80 if no one fancies that.
Just to let you know i have cofirmed for 16 places. We need to let them know what we're having ASAP. I will pm you all anyway.

OK, we'll meet at the
Royal Oak on Wednesday the 6th.
Is the monthly meet thread updated to reflect this (with link to map)?
I'll have a shufti in a mo,
Cheers
Jim

when i was booking i commented on the 10% charge for partys of more than 6. just got a note from RO saying they'll waive the 10% for us
We're down to 14 now cos it doesn't look like steve can make it unless he can reel in a few favours.

Using the Postcode Stevie posted earlier in this thread (GU34 3DJ) and an address of Lower Faringdon rather than Lasham I come up with a different location for the Royal Oak?
Here
Help! Where are we going, well, which Royal Oak are we going to at least?
