Hi Geoff,

Could you leave a vehicle pass for me at the reception of Thistle hotel ?
(Peter Demaret).
I would be able to arrive before 9 a.m., though I wanted to stop over at Claremont Corvette to pick up some Evanscoolant.
They open at 9 a.m., and it's a 20 min. drive from Snodland to Brands Hatch...

Unless someone can bring me 2x °Evans Classic Cool 180°, which I can pay for cash ?
They are available all over the U.K., though not in Belgium.

What time are the gates open to lets us in ?
If all the Sunday people got there when the gates opened maybe it would be easier to give the passes out all together?

I have my saturday and sunday ticket ..... but need a pass to get in if there are any going?

SELOC seem to have issues sending out some tickets, so they may have to be collected at the gates if you email them.

Since I shall already be in-field, would I need a show parking pass? If so, are you also camping over Geoff?

Is it me or is anyone else a little confused on ticket/pass requirements

I have entry tickets on there way from Lotus Club. Presumably we also need passes to get us through the
Main Gate and into our LEC club spot. Now the next question is: where do the Sunday only folk pick up
said passes so as not to have the hassle we had last time?

Geoff do you have the passes? I will pm you my address if that's the case.

Looks like we have the same spot as last year.

According to Brands Hatch website for Sunday, gates open at 8 o'clock

ARSE! Son of Peco screwed up on my modified Peco bracket so I have to find a good stainless welder. Maybe I should send the 4 Saturday/Sunday tickets and 6 car passes I have to someone who is going to be there on Friday/Saturday just in case. The remaining 7 car passes I can send as soon as I receive them or bring them if I get the exhaust sorted. Any other suggestions?

If so, are you also camping over Geoff?

Good God no. My neck doesn't do camping any more so staying at the Father-in-law's house in Dulwich.

hi guys can someone confirm if anyone is going to be at the gate with the passes and list of names and what time slot ? gates open at 8am we dont expect him/her to be there all day ! maybe share the task if there are late arrivees i have my own sat/sun tickets so only require parking. cheers tony

Merv, will you be there on Sunday for us Sunday only guys? Have got tickets but need pass for parking. If we arrive in numbers
it will be far easier getting in.
