Urgent call for help

Hi guys. I have a problem and was hoping our Little front wheel drive cousins could help.

We all know what a lovely day it's going to be tomorrow, 21 degrees and sunny. I have a charity event organised tomorrow (saturday) and have been let down by several AEG (Anglia Esprit Group) members, through no fault of their own.

I need 2-3 more cars to make us look good and show Lotus (who are also attending) that we're not a bunch of numpty's who commit to 5 cars and then get 3 turn up! To be honest, the more the merrier.

MJK should be there, so you'll get a chance to say Hi and BBQ grub is free to members showing their cars. What a great chance to meet up with us and chat and have a great time.

I'm there, so is Andyclements and Owen GT3, Gumin is a likely so please help out, have a lovely drive into Norfolk and say hi.

The event starts at 12, but we need to be set up at 11.30 (to avoid running over all the kids) It's at Hethersett Junior school:

Well the downside is we spent best part of 4 hours huddled under a gazebo whilst it persisted with rain .Did manage a couple of coffees and a complimentary burger though!

But the upside is I met MJK again and had a quick chat about roof seals, a subject brought up by himself (handy conversation topic starters those WillB shower capes perched over one's car )

For the record there were 4 Esprits courtesy of LEF, one M100, and one 2eleven and one Elise (both supplied by the Factory). Needless to say the 2eleven was under a gazebo.

Thanks Kimbers for an interesting day (which started with an M100, a 911 and an R8 sauntering up the A11 together - did you proud too boys ) and good to meet quite a few new LEFers.

It was a great day despite the tropical like down pours all through it. We had 7 cars and several members turn up without cars (I think most of the AEG have broken down in the last few weeks).

great to see those kids jump out of their skin when Andy's car burnt off it's excess fuel on back off and resulted in several large pops and bangs.

Loads of kiddies watching and lots of thanks made it a worthwhile day, as well as the thousands made for the Community projects.
