This event has to be one of the best in the annual calender in my opinion.

There is usually BOGOF discount for club entry that also allows you to park inside, not sure on best options for us yet.

Anyone else thinking of going? I'll probably camp in the site virtually opposite entrance again.

It's the best value event in the car calender. Been banging on about it for the last 6 or 7 years. Can't understand why more of LEC aren't on the same wavelength

Me and Muley will be at Silverstone again. I think it'll be our 6th consecutive year and the event gets better and better.

JimB, currently soaking up the sun in NZ (it's a tough job but somebody has to do it ) has suggested meeting up with any other LEC'ers who are at the event. There were quite a few of us parked up on the Club Lotus stand for the last few years so for anyone wanting to meet up, kick tyres, get Stef to buy us a pint etc... we will be on the...........

Particularly looking forward to seeing the Group C cars. Parking with the Lotus Drivers Club if there is room, or any available space on infield!

The group C cars is always the last race event on the Sat as it is getting dark. Great to see these cars being thrashed round the circuit with their discs glowing red as per Le Mans. There is usually a re-run on Sun lunchtime but it doesn't quite have the same atmosphere as that of the race at 8pm the preceding night
