It's probably doable as a temporary device via the ALDL link* and an arduino but it would be better to get the signal directly from the rev counter wire and an arduino is probably a lazy/ugly choice (well, I have no knowledge in electronics at all!)lotusflasherman wrote:Somebody created a clever LED warning light. (*) although the aldl is actually only transmitting the engine speed to a max of around 6000 RPM if I remember correctly (and if I am not wrong), so it would need to be deduced from the car speed.
