I hate systems and organising...
However
Need people to give some commitment to shifts on the stand. 2 hour slots I beleive is good and pref 2 people at a time for company, although I expect it will be a mingling spot for Elaners anyway.
All valuables will have to be taken away at the end of the day and back for the next morning.

There seemed to be around half a dozen people on the stand most of the time last year - I'll be there for a day and a half: even allowing 5 hours for the carpark/museum/show, that still leaves around 5 for the stand, so I'll keep drifting back in case there's a shortage, and I'd guess others will, too.

I am allready at Dony, so put me in to Man the stand whenever you want or is needed, I am gonna be around alldaylong both days anyway (probabl gonna leave on Sunday noon), my pleasure to help but keep in mind English is not my native language ....
