LOTUS FACTORY TOUR

Looking to arrange a day out out the lotus factory , would like to know what people think about just doing the tour or for a little extra you can go onto the the track in an elise , thinking of aug or sep pending on how many people are interested on going

I did this 18 months ago

6 laps in an Elise 111S
Factory Tour
2 laps by Senior Lotus test driver

£99 all in.

Completely worth it just for the 2 laps :shock: :-D

not too sure on date yet, aug or sep time would be nice to have good weather, what time of year would suite people? :D

it would be interesting to see what time a modded elan in the hands of a lotus test driver could do vs there records for oe elans fresh out the factory 15 years back. i wonder if they would rate any of our "improvements" over the years?

mmm, not sure. i've never seen missy thrashed round a track from the pit wall before. :? its bad enought when watching some bloke reving her tits off on a rolling road :cry: .

I can see this could be fun, some norfolk carrot cruncher trying to explain to wee jocky how they build cars, better bring a translater ? :lol:
