First one is a trip down to Lands End.
Rough itinery:
M5 south to j21
A361 to Barnstaple
A39 through Bideford, Bude, Wadebridge
A30 through Redruth, Penzance
on to Lands End
Journey time (from Weston-super-Mare): just over 4hrs
Miles: 190ish
Back up the A30 to stay the night at Travelodge in Hayle (£65 a room for up to 3 sharing)
Next day A30 through Redruth, over Bodmin moor, through Launceston, Okehampton, Exeter to join the M5 at j31.
Journey time (to Weston-super-Mare): 3hr 45min
Miles: 171ish
Lots of picture oppertunities along the way. Lots of fun roads.
Could meet up anywhere along the route. Be leaving Weston-super-Mare at about 10am.
