The previous owner of my car hit a few curbs and tore up the rubber bumper a bit. This also damaged the plastic trim pieces. There was a little visible droopiness.

I had a missing clip or two that were easily sourced. The plastic bits were a little more challenging. What I ended up doing was purchasing a polycarbonate sheet (0.125" or 3.2mm IIRC), tracing the broken parts, cutting them out with a reciprocating saw, drilling the holes and putting it all back together.

There was one tear that I doctored up with black RTV. Overall, it looks great.

Walker Rubber are great. I called them to see if they had any in stock. They didn't have any , but made me enough to redo the lip a couple of times , which arrived a week later. Superb service ...
