Think I've seen this before. Wondered whether it would be an SE hood or later design S2. Sent them an email but they never got back.........

You can drive there Lower Dicker is only just outside Eastbourne and yes they have been on Ebay lots of times in the past.

Yes, thats them. Sure i phoned them and nobody answered so then emailed. Just get annoyed when you make the effort to contact somebody for their business and they never get back.
Think their costs were a total of about 650 quid so just over 200 for the fitting which seems very reasonable.

Pretty sure when i spoke to them it was a £600 job to fit and they needed the car for over a day to fit it . glue bonding time and all that .
Jim Clark S2 - 1/12. The one with the Yellow spoke wheels . No 613 on dash (pushed in to factory in wrong order 615 on tub)

That's a good price for fitting, but I'm not sure how I'd leave it with them for over a day!
And if they advertise but then can't be bothered to respond to any queries then that's not a good sign!

I'm sure the advert I saw at the time mentioned price to purchase around 450, and also to purchase and fit about 650. Maybe I misunderstood though. Might have been the reason I was trying to contact them ?
Funnily enough I remember in the YouTube video where he has fitted a new hood, that he would definitely have paid the extra couple of hundred quid after the work he had to go through. Maybe that's why it sticks in my mind ?
