The RH rear arm does not lock out properly, the one that pushed the rear deck frame & seal down.
When I encourage it to lock out we end up with the frame over the window (the parts than hold the fwd & intermediate seals) forming a king of shallow "V" shape, they drop where the two seals meet.
Obviously this is an adjustment issue, but any ideas on which direction to adjust the frame mounting please? My gut feeling is up, to increase the distance between deck & frame, but any pointers appreciated.

Unbolt the end of the bent rod, get the frame to where you want it and make a note how far away from each other the bolt holes are. The remove the bent rod altogether, and bend it in a vice until the holes will line up when reinstalled.

(Under the assumption this is not fixed yet)
I dont see any mention of a bent rod in the OP ?
any chance to take a few pictures ?
in march i completely readjusted the whole hood. i can point out multiple adjustment points that i found out while tinkering about.
i cannot give you any guidance on how to fix it because to be perfectly honest, i dont really now how i managed to re-aligh my hood after the whole shenanigans that was trying to fit the seals. (and they are actually leaking more than before now)

I assume that you have also found the cam bolt that sets how far over centre the "elbow" goes to lock.
I'm only a day or two behind you with the same problem, so instead to know how you get on.
