Holy thread resurrection!! Don’t suppose anyone still has a copy of this I could request a copy of as I want to embark on this hard top madness and have a suitable patient waiting for cosmetic surgery. Thanks in anticipation

You'll be delighted to know the instructions are located in the Manuals section above, available when you are logged in.
