Help with missing Plinth (USA Version)

I recently purchased a 91 Elan and it's missing the rear license plate plinth. This is the plastic piece that goes around the license plate. It's a bit of an eye sore without it and I cant seem to find a replacement anywhere. I reached out to a shop in the UK that deals parts, they said they could remake it if they have an example to work off of...

Any suggestions on how I can proceed with this? Anyone have a spare I can purchase?

How did you make out finding a USA Licence Plate Plinth?
I believe the part # is B100U0408K.
