Elan 1991 - B post caps

Hi,
I'm looking for new B post caps for my Elan 1991. I know some years ago someone was remaking and selling them, but I can't find anything recent.
Can anybody help me ?

I got mine recently from Mike Hopes at South West Lotus (SWLC Performance as they are now). They fit well and have a modified attachment method which is a great improvement over the earlier riveted fixing

BCN and I had them remade and still have some available if you need a set. Do you need the early or late style caps?

I am not entirely sure which one I need, but the car is from september1991, Normaly aspired. Beside going and look at the car, how can I know if the early or late bits will fit ?

Early type: VIN ending 6800 and prior
Late type: VIN ending 6801 and subsequent

As Jonathan says, chech your Vin number, it's the last 4 numbers.

Late style have a metal hinge, early ones have the small metal bracket and need 2 springs
