Wind Stopper

Andrew was at Donington. I spoke to him about the Wind Stopper and it's definately going ahead - he just didn't have time to get it done in time for Dony.<br><br>Alan

Anyone who can tell me what is the proper height for a windstopper? (Please refer to height relative to the deck under which the hood is stored). It does not look nice if the windstopper is higher then the seats, does it need to be?

looking at MX5's Mercs, Boxsters etc. I would guess that headrest height should be OK.

I have just forked out for a Classic Editions wind stopper after complaints from the wife. A lot of money for very little.<br>Howver, it looks ok and does the job very well...can now drive with hood down at motorway speeds and get vitually no wind buffetting in the car.....just a bit on the top of the head. Can recommend it and it is easy to fit with no drilling required (althought the fixings are a little awkward)<br>Anyway, the wind stopper extends approx 75mm above the top of the headrests to answer the earlier post.

Do you have the windblocker ones at all?<br>

The Wind blockers are ready for Ordering, I am still working on the availability of parts and materials. The price has gone up from my guess price of £40 as they take quite a bit of work to make. I am currently thinking of £70 with an introductory price of £55 for the first 5 orders.
