Hood or Soft Top hinge cover

The flap cover on the springs of my hood/soft top broke off. Is there a way to get an aftermarket, salvage, or replacement part for this? Attaching a picture of the car and area for repair here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/79968489@N00/5716787024/
