You should find the bottom end of this if you look under the car. Mine blocked at the elbow near the top, just below the drain hole.
You can try some compressed air from above but this did not work for me.

Just a word of warning - the drainage tube seems to perish, become brittle and crack....mine fell into several pieces upon touching it a few days ago....

P.s. Does anywhere know where the tube runs to after it goes through the bulk head round the fuel tank??

Almost (but not quite) straight down. There is a pathway for it , honest.

I've had some success with a thin strip of Scotchbrite pad, shaped into a "U", then pushing the legs into the inlet of the drain to act as a filter. It still stops draining over time, but when stopped up, I poke it a bit and it drains, and prevents larger debris from entering the drain system.

Don,

Another top tip from LEC - I never thought about making a filter .... just spend too much time clearing the pipe and clearing all the 'sludge' from the surrounding well whenever I notice it getting bad.

must go.... I've got to find the scotchbrite :D
Dave

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it
