The whole door wiring loom passes through a rubber grommet into the car (up behind the dashboard) where it connects with a multipin plug (or it might be 2, I can't remember).
As such. if you reach up under the dash, (by the top door hinge - which you might need to get to anyway

) you can simply unplug the door from the car (electrically speaking!) pull the grommet out with the wires going through it, and remove the door.
(I have to warn you though, getting the grommet back in when refitting the door wasn't the nicest job I've ever had to do on the car
