Door locks going up and down on their own

The door locks have started locking on their own. I pull them up and they go back down in 5 min. Rev the motor and they go back down. Sit still and they go back down. Sit with the door open and engine running and the locks keep cycling up and down. Not sure where to go looking for this one.

Happened to mine for a short while, then it stopped.

No lights, no clicks, no buzzing, no warnings, just the locks 'cycling' That was about 9 months ago and nothing since.

That previous issue was not a problem. As I looked into it there is a safety built in that if only one lock is pushed down and the other will not respond then in a few seconds the lock pushed down comes back up. That was normal, I just had to read about it in the manual.

Knew about that feature, wasn't the (now non) issue with mine.

I can't help with a solution here, but I get the same issue periodically. I was wondering if it might be a bad earth? I know I can trigger it if I hit a pot hole occasionally, but it happens most often after I've just started the car for the first time. I'll be watching with interest to see if you find a solution to this.
